We are looking for a hands-on, process-driven professional to join our Regional Air Logistics Operations Optimization team. The ideal candidate will actively engage with operational departments, to review workflows, identify improvement opportunities, and implement practical solutions that align with global standards. This role requires strong collaboration with local and global teams, leadership in driving operational excellence, and the ability to turn challenges into tangible, sustainable results.
How you create impact
- Engage directly with operational teams (CCL, OCC, RCC, etc.) through regular on-site visits to analyze workflows and implement hands-on, impactful improvements.
- Develop and deploy practical solutions that optimize ways of working, leveraging systems in line with global standards.
- Lead national optimization projects from concept to execution, ensuring successful rollout, adoption, and measurable impact across the Air Logistics operation.
- Serve as a key connection between local operations and global teams, ensuring smooth communication, effective support, and successful rollout of new tools and solutions.
- Collaborate with local and global stakeholders to drive continuous improvement initiatives and deliver operational excellence across all functions.
What we would like you to bring
Extensive experience in Air Logistics (mandatory), with deep understanding of the operational environment.
Proven track record of collaborating across multiple departments to ensure operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Leadership skills with experience managing and motivating direct teams to achieve high performance and results.
Experience leading projects from concept to execution, delivering measurable operational improvements.
Fluent conversational English (mandatory) to effectively communicate in a global environment.
