Key responsibilities include gathering data from public sources, CRM tools (like HubSpot), and internal systems to create competitive insights, battlecards, pricing summaries, and basic reports. The associate also helps administer win/loss surveys and maintains accurate records of research activities.
Responsibilities
- Collect and organize competitor data from various sources
- Assist in creating SWOT analyses, comparison summaries, and presentations
- Support win/loss interview and survey administration
- Contribute to battlecards and pricing summaries
- Track research tasks and ensure timely updates
- Maintain organized files and escalate key findings
Skills & Qualifications
Required:
- 1–3 years in research or administrative support
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot)
- Strong written English and professional Spanish
- Attention to detail, discretion, and reliability
