About the Role

As an Accountant, you’ll play a key role in managing and optimizing our financial processes in a fast-paced, global environment. You’ll support strategic decision-making and ensure financial accuracy while leveraging leading-edge tools to contribute to our ongoing transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and organizational accounting policies
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts accurately
• Process accounts payable and receivable efficiently
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close procedures
• Support external and internal audits through timely and accurate documentation
• Utilize NetSuite and other financial management tools to streamline reporting
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and analysis
• Identify and recommend process improvements for greater efficiency and accuracy
• Other duties as assigned

About You

Qualifications & Skills

• 3+ years of relevant accounting experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required
• Advanced English language proficiency
• Knowledge of IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards)
• Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP/accounting platforms (preferred)
• High proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote or hybrid environment
