Hiring Post: Bilingual Paralegal
Hours: 20 hours/week
Rate: $8/hr
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle various tasks such as filing motions and legal documents
- Follow up with clients and manage doctor's appointments, primarily for personal injury cases
- Provide litigation support such as communicating with clients and doctors
- Coordinate and track medical appointments
- Communicate with opposing counsel and handle email correspondence
- Work with templates to draft legal documents
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year experience providing paralegal support for personal injury law firms
- Fluent in both Spanish and English (verbal and written)
- Experienced in using CRMs and legal case management tools
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage tasks independently
