We are seeking a talented Media Campaign Management Associate to join our team in Colombia. This role entails collaborating with LATAM clients and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of CRM and Offsite campaigns. You will manage the entire process to deliver campaigns that meet business objectives while maintaining operational excellence and client engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end process of CRM and Offsite campaigns, ensuring timely and error-free delivery.
- Collaborate with tools, suppliers, clients, and internal teams for successful campaign execution.
- Own and develop media projects, enhancing operational efficiency and scalability.
- Drive client engagement across a portfolio of retail and CPG customers.
- Balance cost control, client expectations, and internal capabilities to deliver effective media experiences.
Required skills:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any subject.
- Fluency in English and Portuguese.
- Experience in CRM and Offsite Media operations.
- Background in Media Agencies CRM.
- Proven experience in engaging with stakeholders, suppliers, clients, and allies.
