TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leadership and driving strategic projects and restructuring of the sales force (including sizing, resource allocation, territory alignment).
- Customer / accounts profile and segmentation, including implementation and tracking results.
- Advanced analytics to evaluate promotional effectiveness and tracking performance.
- CRM tool management, compared to sales force and business areas - Interaction and alignment of projects and results with Global and Regional - KPI Development performance of the sales force.
- Monitoring and follow-up of partners such areas as IT, Compliance and Risk Management.
- Participation in brand plan meetings and international visits with the aim of contributing to the strategy, adaptation / implementation projects.
- Delivery high quality strategic business decision support and develop the analytics and relevant insights based on primary and secondary data for the local market.
WHO YOU ARE
- University degree in appropriate discipline (preferred economics/ Business/engineering)
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or medical devices industry
- Cross-functional environment working experience - Good command on analytical tools (e.g. MS Excel, Access)
- Proved planning, Project management and problem-solving skills
- Ideal candidates should have good knowledge and work experiences for sales / sales management / Market analysis / target setting / position optimization and reporting system management
- Experience with SFE processes, Incentives, Market Intelligence and CRM systems preferred
- Integrative, enthusiastic, dynamics and resilient personality
- Fluenty level of English (oral and written)
