We’re hiring a Lead Gen / Content Strategist who can write like a real human, think like a marketer, and turn ideas into booked consults.
You’ll take raw ideas from our founder (voice notes, concepts, stories) and repurpose them into bold, clear, conversion-minded posts on Instagram and LinkedIn. Then you’ll engage in the DMs with the right people, the ones who need support but haven’t slowed down long enough to hire it yet.
You’ll Be Doing:
- Writing 3–5 posts/week across IG + LinkedIn that sound like our founder and actually say something
- Repurposing founder content into reels, carousels, or text posts (we’ll guide the formats)
- Daily DM + comment engagement with founders, coaches, agency owners, etc.
- Tracking who’s engaging and who’s showing buying signals (we use Airtable + GHL)
- Testing and optimizing based on what gets traction, you’re not just posting into the void

- You get the difference between a nice post and a lead-generating post
- You’re confident sending DMs, sparking convos, and knowing when to pitch
- You know founder-led brands, service businesses, or agency culture
- You’re chill but driven , we don’t do micro-managing, but we do care about the details
Bonus Points If:
- You’ve worked with VAs, consulting or operational service offers
- You’ve used ManyChat, GHL, Airtable, or similar tools
- You understand the emotional buying journey of overwhelmed entrepreneurs

- People comment “Oof, I needed this” or “This is exactly what I’ve been feeling”
- You’re seeing real convos pop off in the DMs , not ghost towns
- The founder is spending more time on calls and less time chasing content ideas
- You’re not just executing, you’re contributing strategy and getting better every week
