We are looking for a Customer Master Data Analyst to join our SBS Order-to-Cash (O2C) team in Bogotá. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating customer master data in SAP S/4HANA and MDG tools, ensuring data accuracy to support seamless order processing. You'll collaborate closely with stakeholders across departments, supporting both transactional and operational data needs. As Customer Master Data Analyst within our SBS Order-to-Cash (O2C) team, you’ll ensure the accuracy and integrity of customer master data in SAP S/4HANA and MDG tools, supporting smooth order-to-cash processes and enabling seamless collaboration across global teams.

Main responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update customer master data in SAP S/4HANA and MDG tools to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Review and validate customer data requests, ensuring compliance with data governance standards.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather and verify information for customer setup and updates.
  • Manage customer hierarchy, business partners, and customer blocking or unblocking processes.
  • Support the screening of customers against restricted party lists and escalate cases when required.
  • Ensure customer data fields related to sales and distribution are correctly maintained to support order processing.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline data management processes.

About you


  • Experience
    :
  • Hands-on experience managing customer master data in ERP systems, ideally SAP S/4HANA or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with data validation and governance processes.
  • Previous collaboration with cross-functional teams in data-related tasks
  • Soft and technical skills:
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable using digital tools for data entry and management.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration, data management, or a related field.
  • Languages:
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Portuguese is a plus.
