- You have 2+ years of experience in campaign management and email marketing.
- You are proficient in CSS, HTML, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- English - Native or fully fluent.
- Develop and execute high-quality email campaigns using platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, or Klaviyo.
- Code responsive and dynamic email templates using HTML, CSS, and scripting languages such as AMPscript or SSJS.
- Manage audience segmentation and targeting using SQL queries and data extensions.
- Optimize campaign workflows including data flows, automation logic, and contact models for maximum efficiency and scalability.
- Implement A/B tests and analyze performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure deliverability and compliance with email marketing best practices, privacy regulations, and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with marketing, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure campaign strategy and execution are aligned.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across integrated marketing tools and systems.
Requisitos
- 2–3 years of experience in email marketing development or campaign execution.
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred; familiarity with HubSpot, Klaviyo, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Strong understanding of email marketing principles, segmentation strategies, and customer journey mapping.
- Proficiency in HTML; working knowledge of SQL, AMPscript, and/or SSJS is a plus.
- Experience with responsive design and cross-client email rendering.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in a remote environment.
