Job Description
Enrich the patient and consumer experience by working closely with multidisciplinary teams to drive marketing engagement, positioning and customization across stakeholders. Support Eye Care portfolio strategy and tactical plan for Latam northern Cluster. Gather insights externally and internally to guide marketing campaigns development for HCPs, Customers and Consumers, operating within AbbVie business code of conduct, policies and all applicable laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- Lead the tactical design and implementation of innovative marketing initiatives delivering holistic solutions, multi-channel opportunities to strengthen campaigns, multi-stakeholder initiatives and interactive and customized content for HCPs, customers and consumers.
- Play an active role with the in field team and manage the CLM process to support IFT in the tactical execution across the region.
- Participate and contribute on trade marketing plans, design and execution, for OTC/OTX categories across portfolio.
- Strengthen Brand Team insights gathered from across stakeholders to form a marketing perspective on Brand issues, competitive positioning, and market dynamics, drawing actionable insights from sales data, promotional performance, and other relevant metrics to inform decision-making.
- Creating and managing project timelines, including tasks, dependencies, and milestones.
- Planning, allocating, and monitoring marketing and sales support budgets to ensure efficient resource utilization.
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or equivalente
- 1-3 years marketing experience, ideally a diverse blend of healthcare and other industries and functions.
- Digital knowledge and experience preferred.
- Ability to apply strong patient and consumer empathy and understanding of customer needs when developing tailored messages and materials.
- Effectively manages projects and team members to ensure successful delivery of marketing-led initiatives.
- English language proficiency verbally and in writing.
