ROLE DESCRIPTION:
The position is in Global Commercial Finance Americas Multi-Country LAC (MCLAC) Team. Acting as a Commercial Business Partner supporting the Cloud and On Premise business by:
- Managing deals: CBP supports Sales teams with deal structuring, analyzing a customer’s license history, performing quote checks, approving quotes, and preparing contracts.
- Structuring complex deals in a compliant way: CBP reports any concerns about a deal structure to the corresponding Account Executive and often schedule alignment meetings with other internal stakeholders in order to find the optimal solution.
- Act as a First Point of contact for Sales being intermediate among the multiple areas supporting the deal cycle.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS:
- Manage and coordinate deal support across multi-functional internal teams (Controlling, Rev Rec, CRC, Legal, Tax, etc.) on complex deals scenarios.
- Drive approvals considering various factors such as: organization business targets and rules for doing business.
- Serve as main point of contact for Commercial topics internally and externally.
- Responsible to ensure compliance with GFA governance processes.
- Act as transformation agent and partner with Sales to understand customer requirements to help, find or develop compliant solutions and facilitate a fast deal closure.
- Provide Sales enablement and training.
- Drive change and innovation actively to improve existing processes.
- Balance various projects to improve the day-to-day operations of your team.
- Closely collaborate and interact with the Co-Leads h and Manager to allow one voice approach.
- Maintain timely, positive and professional communication with your stakeholders to anticipate escalations.
- Are a strategic thinker with an analytical mind.
- Are able to operate calmly under pressure and manage competing priorities.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
- Must be a recent graduate of a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law or related fields
- Very good language skills in English.
- Eye for detail.
- High service, customer-oriented & solution/results-oriented.
- Deliver high quality outcomes under deadline pressure and a changing environment.
- Self-starter, creative, enthusiastic, committed and determined.
- Innovative thinker, team player, with a ‘can-do’ attitude, focused on quality.
