Human Resources Assistant (Remote – EST Hours) Full-Time | Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to join our team and support our Human Resources operations. This is a 100% remote role ideal for someone with a passion for people, processes, and precision.
Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment: post job ads, screen resumes, schedule interviews
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Coordinate training sessions and employee engagement activities
- Respond to employee inquiries and ensure timely resolution
- Help ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in HR support or recruitment coordination
- A B2+ or higher English level.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- High attention to detail and a collaborative mindset
