About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our People team. This role will be responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding—while ensuring accurate records and compliance. You’ll be the go-to person for maintaining our HR systems and supporting our team with payroll, documentation, access, and data analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the employee lifecycle: offer letters, onboarding, offboarding, and employment changes.
- Maintain and organize employee records, including NDAs and role descriptions.
- Oversee payroll coordination and time-off tracking in partnership with platforms like Gusto or Deel.
- Ensure timely equipment requests and manage systems access (setup and deactivation).
- Keep the HRIS (BambooHR) up to date with accurate employee information.
- Track and report PTO, contract statuses, and other HR metrics.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and support team communications.
- Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks, ensuring compliance and confidentiality.
- Prepare and deliver monthly HR analytics and reporting.
- Coordinate with other departments using tools like Slack and Asana to support smooth team operations.
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of experience in a Human Resources or People Ops role.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS systems (BambooHR a big plus).
- Comfortable with data handling and reporting (Excel, Google Sheets, or other tools).
- Knowledge of payroll processes and platforms such as Deel or Gusto.
Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and follow-through. - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with Slack, Asana, or similar remote collaboration tools.
Nice to Have
Experience working in fast-paced, global startup environments.
