Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic HR Business Partner / IT Recruiter to support our growing Eurofins IT team in Colombia. This role is key to attracting top tech talent, supporting employee engagement, and ensuring alignment with global HR practices.
- HR Business Partnering
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes in coordination with regional HR and local teams.
- Act as a point of contact for Colombian employees for HR-related topics: benefits, contracts, time-off, etc.
- Ensure compliance with Colombian labor laws and local HR practices.
- Collaborate with global HR, finance, and payroll teams to support processes such as performance reviews, engagement surveys, and retention programs.
- Contribute to employer branding and culture-building efforts across the Colombia site.
- Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for IT roles in Colombia (developers, analysts, DevOps, infrastructure, etc.)
- Collaborate with global and local hiring managers to understand role requirements and define job descriptions.
- Proactively source candidates through various channels: LinkedIn, job boards, university outreach, and local IT communities.
- Conduct screenings, coordinate interviews, manage feedback, and ensure excellent candidate experience.
- Track recruitment metrics and support talent reporting activities.
- Act as the main point of contact between external recruiting agencies and hiring managers, ensuring clear communication, timely feedback, and alignment throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of the Colombian IT talent market.
- Knowledge of local labor laws and HR operations in Colombia
- Excellent communication skills in English (required)
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (SmartRecruiters)
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in multinational or tech environments.
- Portuguese is a strong plus due to cross-country coordination.
- Experience supporting international teams and working across multiple time zones
- Proactive, collaborative, and highly organized
- Familiarity with Agile work environments or IT delivery organizations is a plus
