As a Lead Generation Specialist, you'll play a vital role in the early stages of our sales processsourcing, identifying, and engaging high-potential prospects across key industries. You'll collaborate closely with our sales team to ensure we're speaking to the right people at the right time with the right message.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify new commercial and industrial leads (cold and warm).
  • Prospect and engage decision-makers via email, LinkedIn, cold calling, and outreach campaigns.
  • Maintain and organize lead data in Monday.com and/or other CRM platforms.
  • Qualify leads by gathering relevant business information and gauging project potential.
  • Book meetings and set appointments for our Sales Representatives.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize outreach strategies.
  • Track activity, analyze conversion rates, and improve lead quality over time.

Qualifications

  • Hunter mindset: goal-driven, self-starting, and fearless in outreach.
  • Experience in B2B sales, prospecting, or outbound lead generation.
  • Strong communication and persuasive writing skills.
  • Highly organized and familiar with CRMs and lead tracking tools.
  • Able to research and identify decision-makers in targeted industries.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.

Compensation and Bonus Structure

  • Hourly base or commission-only structure available depending on experience.
