Role Overview
We’re looking for a hands-on, creative content maker who can plan, source, edit, post, and boost engaging content across platforms—and knows how to read engagement data and target the right audience. This is not a “strategy-only” job—you’ll be creating and executing campaigns yourself for all of our service lines: drone surveying, drone video, and our growing IoT & drone mapping technology products.
What You’ll Do
- Plan, source edit, and post short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, LinkedIn clips) showcasing our drone work and IoT/mapping products.
- Write scroll-stopping captions and pick hashtags that drive engagement.
- Boost posts and run simple ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.
- Monitor CPL, engagement, and lead data—and adjust targeting for better results.
- Maintain a consistent content calendar across all service lines.
- Collaborate with the company owner to align campaigns with active projects and product launches.
Monthly Targets
- Qualified Leads: 15–18 (across all divisions)
- Ad Spend Efficiency: CPL ≤ USD 85 (Surveying/Tech), CPL ≤ USD 70 (Video)
- Content Output:
- 6–8 short-form videos
- 6–8 social posts (LinkedIn & Instagram mix)
- Engagement: ≥ 3.5% average across platforms
Compensation
- Base Salary: COP 4,800,000–5,500,000/month
- Performance Bonuses:
- COP 100,000 per qualified lead (up to 20 per month)
- COP 150,000 per closed lead (uncapped – sales handled by owner)
- COP 500,000 accelerator bonus for achieving 15+ qualified leads and 2+ closed deals in the same month
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): COP 7,500,000 – COP 9,000,000 for meeting/exceeding KPIs
Who You Are
- A hands-on creator who thrives making videos, editing, and posting.
- Knows how to boost and target ads without needing a big team or agency.
- Comfortable interpreting engagement & lead data to guide decisions.
- 2+ years of content creation & ad management experience (freelance or in-house).
- Strong English writing and speaking skills.
- Self-starter with reliable internet and a “get it done” attitude.
