We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager for Latin America, based in Bogotá, Colombia / or in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
Purpose: Lead the execution of marketing strategies across the region. This role will be responsible for building and executing marketing plans, ensuring alignment with global strategies, and driving brand growth through impactful campaigns, product launches, and client engagement activities. The ideal candidate is a bilingual professional with strong analytical, strategic, and execution skills who thrives in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to LATAM markets, aligned with global guidelines.
- Identify market opportunities, HCPs insights, and competitive trends to guide decision-making.
- Product Launches: Lead regional product launch plans in collaboration with global teams. Design go-to-market strategies and ensure successful adoption. Stakeholder Management: Serve as the main point of contact between LATAM markets and global marketing teams.
- Client & Market Engagement: Organize and attend events, congress, and VOC (Voice of customers) sessions to strengthen brand presence and gain insights. Foster close relationships with key customers (HCPs) to understand their needs.
- Execution & Analysis: Manage end-to-end digital campaign execution, ensuring deadlines and KPIs are met. Conduct market and campaign performance analysis using Excel and other analytical tools.
- Translate insights into actionable improvements for future strategies.
- Travel: Frequent travel across LATAM countries to support launches, events, and customer engagement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Fluency in Spanish and English (Portuguese is a plus).
- Proven experience (5+ years) in marketing management, preferably in multinational or regional LATAM roles.
- Strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and marketing analytics.
- Experience organizing events and leading client-facing activities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel across the region as required.
