Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive PR Associate to support public relations and online reputation efforts for a growing professional services company. This is a dynamic and multifaceted role that involves engaging with the public across multiple platforms, monitoring and responding to feedback, and identifying opportunities to promote the company’s reputation through positive media coverage and digital visibility.
Position Summary:
The PR Associate will play a critical role in managing the company’s online presence and brand perception. This includes tracking discussions across social media and community platforms, helping to protect the organization from misinformation or impersonation, and identifying opportunities for positive PR exposure. The role will also involve collaborating with external partners and internal teams to execute communication strategies and implement PR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
While specific tasks and workflows will be provided during onboarding, responsibilities may include:
- Monitoring the company’s brand presence across major digital platforms.
- Engaging with audiences and responding to public feedback in a professional and consistent tone.
- Identifying and escalating any reputation-related concerns or risks.
- Supporting positive publicity efforts and managing implementation of PR campaigns.
- Working closely with management and external PR firms to execute media and communications strategies.
Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently. You should be familiar with popular social media platforms, community forums, and online reputation tools. Experience in public relations, community management, or digital communications is a plus.

- Ability to navigate and engage on platforms such as LinkedIn, Reddit, YouTube, and Facebook
- Capable of handling sensitive matters with professionalism
- Availability to work U.S. business hours preferred
