A Day in the Life

This position will be hybrid located in Bogotá.Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Evaluate the economic impact of the use of products and therapies by physicians, hospitals, and ambulatory surgery centers
- Develop hospital marketing programs related to coverage, coding, and reimbursement
- Create tool-based programs to resolve or reduce economic barriers to the use of products and therapies across all sites of care
- Conduct financial audits, benchmarking, and presentations for hospital and physician clients
- Provide training and educational programs to the sales force, physicians, home care agencies, ambulatory surgery centers, case managers, and financial and billing employees in clinics and hospitals
- Work closely with the reimbursement strategy team to implement policy and payment changes with the field sales force and clients through education and services
- Work with customer accounts to develop promotional campaigns that support coverage and payment strategies
- Collaborate with key clients/accounts to develop partnership strategies that promote cost-effective delivery of therapies and identify opportunities for therapy adoption
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in medicine is required
- Seven years of experience in health economics, reimbursement systems, and healthcare market access
- Experience working in pharma o medical devices industries
- Experience working with hospital operations, medical billing and coding practices, and payer systems across various healthcare settings, including hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, and home care agencies
- Fluent in English level
- Knowledge with MS Office
