About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Production Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing integrated marketing production projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines and quality standards are consistently met. The ideal candidate is proactive, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has strong communication and multitasking skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Activate and manage production projects based on client briefs, ensuring all required information is complete.
- Maintain and update projects in Workfront, tracking progress, and holding teams accountable for deadlines.
- Forecast resources, manage priorities, and provide regular project status updates.
- Verify project budgets, address discrepancies, and process revisions or budget updates.
- Collect and upload creative assets (VO, scripts, artwork) for editors and ensure readiness for production.
- Participate in daily production stand-ups, assign tasks, and communicate priorities to the creative team.
- Support Production Managers with administrative tasks: VO orders, trafficking, YouTube uploads, and reporting.
- Coordinate video shoots (crew scheduling, props, scripts) and ensure timely delivery of footage.
- Traffic and upload production content to broadcast and online platforms, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Act as a liaison between internal teams to align on timelines and client expectations.
- Comply with company response and resolution policies (1-hour response, 24-hour resolution).
Requirements:
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with FTPS platforms (Yangaroo, Aspera, Spectrum Reach) and file-sharing tools (YouTube, Dropbox, Google Drive, etc.).
- Understanding of video and artwork file formats and best practices.
- Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and multitasking skills in a deadline-driven environment.
- Experience with automotive industry marketing terminology is a plus.
