Position Overview:
We’re looking for a Project Coordinator who will act as the bridge between our clients, designers, and production team. This person will be responsible for setting up new projects, ensuring clear communication, and keeping projects on track.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up new design projects and assign them to our design team
- Communicate with clients to gather project details, updates, and approvals
- Provide excellent customer service and build positive client relationships
- Maintain project timelines and follow up on deliverables
- Collaborate with designers and production staff to ensure smooth workflow
- Assist with basic project documentation and tracking
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience (required)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once with attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator (preferred, not required—training available)
- Self-motivated and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
