Coast Mountain Roof Ltd. is hiring a Sales Coordinator to support our roofing operations. If you're organized, detail-driven, and excited to blend customer service, sales support, and construction coordination, this role offers long-term growth in a respected company.

What You'll Do
- Support the sales team with proposals, contracts, and client communication
- Maintain CRM records and track leads through the sales pipeline
- Prepare proposals, follow-ups, and scheduling for site visits and inspections
- Coordinate with project coordinator, superintendents, clients, and vendors to ensure smooth hand-offs
- Assist with estimating, reporting, and documentation for bids and proposals
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries promptly and professionally
Must-Haves
- 2+ years of experience in sales coordination, project support, or construction admin (roofing/construction preferred)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Tech-savvy (Microsoft Office, CRM software, or similar)
- Ability to multitask and stay deadline-focused in a fast-moving environment
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working independently or in a team
- Knowledge of roofing or construction practices is a strong asset
What We Offer
- Competitive salary: $9 $12 CAD/hour
- Full-time, Monday-Friday schedule (7:00 AM 3:30 PM)
