JOB TITLE: Scheduling Coordinator – ENGLISH AND SPANISH SPEAKER
HOURS: California time PST.
SCHEDULE: 30-35 hours/week
PAY:
- $5/hour- first 60 days
- $6/hour - after 60 days
- Plus Commission and benefits

Looking For Candidates With:
- Great communication skills - Proficient in ENGLISH LANGUAGE
- SALES Background is a MUST
- Reliable and fast internet connection (this is a must)
- Headset (with clear sound input and output)
- Proficiency with Microsoft - Outlook, Word, Excel, Etc.
- Excellent Typing Skills – minimum of 45 WPM
- Enthusiastic
- Goal oriented
- Team player
- Call center background is a PLUS!
General Responsibilities:
- Follow our routine and procedures
- Learn & execute our scripts
- Answer inbound and make outbound calls to schedule appointments
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality customer service
- Other tasks as assigned
