Account Manager

Job Summary

The Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive maximum value from our SaaS solutions. This role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, driving user adoption, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Key Responsibilities:

As Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving success for our customers with the RebelMouse platform and helping customers achieve their goals. You will set digital strategies for your assigned customers, considering their specific requirements and articulate their needs in collaboration with the engineering and development team. You are going to collaborate with your team daily over asynchronous channels like email and Gchat, and weekly over live video syncs.
