Buscamos un(a) Senior DevOps Engineer Bilingüe que quiera llevar nuestras operaciones al siguiente nivel, garantizando que nuestras herramientas y sistemas sean seguros, eficientes y capaces de desplegarse de forma ágil y automatizada.

Algunas de tus responsabilidades serán:
- Asegurar, en coordinación con el líder de DevOps, que el trabajo se ejecute a tiempo y según prioridades.
- Colaborar con diferentes áreas de la organización para completar tareas alineadas con las necesidades del negocio.
- Participar activamente en el soporte.
- Permanecer en formación constante sobre nuevas tecnologías y tendencias en el ámbito de DevOps.
- Gestionar y configurar Microsoft Azure y tecnologías relacionadas (por ejemplo: Data Factory, Fabric, DataBricks), según sea necesario.
- Diseñar, implementar y optimizar pipelines de integración y despliegue continuo para aplicaciones y servicios.
- Automatizar la provisión, configuración y monitoreo de la infraestructura en la nube y entornos híbridos.
- Garantizar la seguridad, escalabilidad y alta disponibilidad de los sistemas y servicios desplegados.
- Monitorear y resolver incidentes críticos, minimizando tiempos de inactividad.
- Desarrollar y mantener scripts y herramientas internas para optimizar flujos de trabajo y operaciones.
- Capacitar y acompañar a otros miembros del equipo en prácticas y herramientas DevOps.
- Colaborar con el líder del equipo en la ejecución de otras funciones y responsabilidades necesarias para el éxito de los proyectos y la evolución del área.
¿Qué buscamos?
- Profesional graduado de Ingeniería de sistemas, ciencias de la computación y/o áreas a fines.
- Inglés C1.
- Residencia en Medellín y/o el Área Metropolitana.
- Experiencia laboral demostrable de 5 o más años en funciones afines.
- Experiencia con metodologías ágiles (Scrum/Kanban).
- Conocimiento avanzado de Python.
- Conocimiento avanzado de sistemas Linux y comandos de shell, especialmente Ubuntu.
- Conocimiento avanzado de bases de datos relacionales, especialmente MySQL y/o PostgreSQL.
- Conocimiento en gestión de archivos de registro (log files), trabajos programados (cron jobs), OpenSSH, certificados SSL y otros aspectos de la administración de servidores web.
- Conocimiento avanzado de Kubernetes, Docker, Docker Compose, Fabric y Ansible.
- Conocimiento avanzado de Microsoft Azure y sus componentes subyacentes, incluyendo Data Factory, Fabric y también DataBricks.
