Embark on a transformative professional practice with Intwo, a Global Microsoft Azure Expert Managed Service Provider (MSP) and service hosting provider, as Senior Network Engineer with a strong background in both traditional data center networking and Microsoft Azure cloud environments. This role is crucial for architecting and implementing network solutions that efficiently integrate and optimize our service offerings. This role will primarily support our US-based customers.

What you will be doing
- Architect, implement and manage robust network infrastructures in Azure and traditional data center environments.
- Perform general maintenance and optimization of the Intwo platform for network and Linux devices.
- Monitor systems, resolving issues efficiently through proactive ticket management.
- Provide first-line network-related support.
- Ensure network configurations comply with security policies.
- Manage backup operations and disaster recovery processes.
- Complete and deliver all required documentation during and at the end of each project or task.
- Document all technical interactions, periodic status reports, informal communications, and deliveries in the operations management platform.
- Comply with established policies and processes.
Our expectations of you
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, experience, skills, and/or ability required to perform your services.
- Bachelor’s degree in Network Administration or related field experience
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, with extensive expertise in datacenter hardware.
- Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
Knowledge and experience requirements
- Strong knowledge and experience with Cisco, Juniper, FortiGate and HP network devices.
- Strong knowledge and experience in managing Linux type systems.
- Strong knowledge and experience in network concepts like BGP, VLANs, OSPF, subnetting and Network Gateways.
- Knowledge and experience with NetScaler load-balancers or equivalent.
- Knowledge and experience in creating and deploying network environments on cloud hosted platforms like Azure or AWS.
- Knowledge and experience securing datacenter environments with enterprise level firewalls.

- Commitment to providing support during US business hours for a United States-based clientele and company members beyond standard hours.
Advantages and Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Azure ARM templates and advanced Azure networking solutions.
- Experience working with email and DNS systems.
- Knowledge of additional network technologies and scripting languages
- CCNA and/or AZ-104 certifications.
