We’re growing our offerings, building on the launch of our successful streaming platform ViX.
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the end-to-end development of digital products that drive user engagement and support TelevisaUnivision’s strategic goals. In this high-impact role, you’ll work at the intersection of strategy, technology, and user experience, owning the product lifecycle from concept to continuous optimization. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, data-informed solutions and ensure alignment across business, editorial, and technical stakeholders.

YOUR DAY-DAY: (aka Responsibilities)
Strategy & Vision
- Define product strategy, vision, and roadmap aligned with company objectives.
- Identify new product opportunities and lead strategic initiatives that support growth and innovation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and fellow product managers to ensure cross-team alignment.
- Translate business needs into clear product requirements, user roles, and feature definitions.
Planning & Execution
- Own and prioritize the product backlog to maximize business value.
- Lead Agile product development processes with cross-functional teams.
- Ensure timely delivery of products that meet functional, editorial, and commercial needs.
- Partner with design, engineering, editorial, and marketing teams to develop and launch new features.
- Manage handoffs to production, ensuring smooth go-lives and ongoing support.
Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the central point of contact across departments and external partners.
- Communicate product updates, timelines, and performance to leadership and stakeholders.
- Proactively flag risks or issues and drive resolution.
Monitoring & Optimization
- Monitor product performance through consumption metrics and KPIs.
- Analyze data to identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement.
- Recommend iterations and refinements based on performance insights and market feedback.
YOU HAVE: (aka Qualifications)
- Master’s degree or specialization in a related field.
- 8+ years in digital product management, working with multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Google Analytics, Looker, CMS platforms, and productivity tools (Microsoft/Google).
- Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; strong collaborator.
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and organizational capabilities.
- Knowledge of CMS systems, SEO best practices, and web optimization.
- Proven ability to define and implement product processes.
- Analytical mindset with experience in data tools and performance tracking.
- Deep curiosity and market awareness to identify and propose product innovations.
