Job Summary
The Senior QA Engineer plays a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of first-class web experiences and custom products that delight clients and end-users. Collaborating closely with engineering, design, and product teams, this role is responsible for testing, breaking, and refining software to deliver high-performance, secure, compliant, and accessible solutions. The ideal candidate is a passionate advocate for software quality, with strong expertise in modern QA tools, automation frameworks, and testing methodologies. Beyond technical skills, this position requires a customer-centric mindset and the ability to elevate testing practices that directly impact business growth and user satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Perform hands-on QA testing for web, responsive, and backend systems, ensuring clean code and high-quality user experiences.
Develop and maintain effective testing strategies, leveraging automation frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium.
Define and communicate test plans, providing timely status updates and defect reports.
Support release cycles through scope planning, test execution, regression testing, and sign-off.
Foster collaboration and technical ownership within cross-functional teams.
Qualifications and Job Requirements
5+ years of QA experience in manual and automation testing across responsive web, mobile, and custom applications.
Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, test case design, and agile development practices.
Proficiency with QA and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Postman, CI/CD platforms).
Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.) for debugging and test design.
Passion for accessibility, security, and performance optimization aligned with WCAG standards.
