Overview
Senior Experience Designer
As a Senior Experience Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive, engaging, and human-centered digital experiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, define design strategies, and deliver seamless experiences across platforms. Your expertise in UX design will help shape innovative solutions that drive business impact and enhance customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Your Impact
- Lead the end-to-end UX design process, from research and ideation to prototyping and testing.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define user requirements and design solutions.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts effectively.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions.
- Ensure consistency in design language, interaction patterns, and visual aesthetics across digital touchpoints.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices within the organization.
- Stay updated on emerging trends, tools, and technologies in UX and digital design.
Qualifications
Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in UX design, interaction design, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Proficient in Design Systems
- Experience with user research, usability testing, and data-driven design decisions.
- Knowledge of design systems, accessibility standards, and responsive design principles.
- Ability to work in an agile environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for creating impactful user experiences.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts and rationale.
- A portfolio showcasing a range of UX design projects and problem-solving skills.
