As a Solution Owner, you will be on the front lines of delivery, leading complex work focused on impactful business outcomes for our key clients. In this role, you will be a day-to-day delivery leader embedded with our highly skilled teams of experts, engaging with clients to partner on prioritization, backlog management, and planning, and accountable for successful project & program management. Our Solution Owners are specializing generalists, able to flex into new roles as required, and always acquiring new skills.
You will thrive in this role if you have a learner’s mindset, a servant-leader mentality, and a passion for getting things done. You may come from an engineering, design, or project management background and will most certainly leverage the special skills & experiences you’ve acquired throughout your career. A firm understanding and appreciation for consultative selling, account planning, and alliance partnerships is a huge plus, as are certifications from partners such as AWS, GCP, and Microsoft.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, focusing on client communication and delivery management
- Partner with clients to define requirements, manage priorities, and ensure delivery outcomes align with business goals
- Lead projects through discovery, execution, and delivery phases
- Participate in pre-sales activities
- Guide internal and client teams through Agile ceremonies and ensure alignment with product vision
- Apply Provectus Delivery Framework (PDF) and promote AI adoption in customer projects
- Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and architects to drive value creation and project growth
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, or related roles, demonstrating the ability to define strategy, manage roadmaps, and deliver impactful products
- Proven expertise across all phase of the SDLC (IT background is a strong plus)
- Experience working with technical teams and Agile methodologies
- Proven client-facing experience with ability to engage C-level stakeholders
- Strong communication, consulting, and strategic thinking skills
- English proficiency: C1/C2 level
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure (certifications are a strong plus)
- Experience in AI/ML-related projects or personal use of AI tools
- Consulting background or mindset
