We’re looking for a Sourcing Specialist to drive the sourcing strategy and build the candidate network through various sourcing techniques. This is a 3 months contract
As Sourcing Specialist, You Will…
- Interact with applicants & respond to initial inquiries and concerns through our social media and various other platforms
- Process and track applicant job submissions
- Source and generate candidate leads to ensure current hiring requirements are obtained
- Manage sourcing channels: online, referral programs, external events and vendor management
- Create strategies to meet partner requirements
- Conduct & request tests needed for hiring
- Recommend ways of improving recruiting process
- Participate in job fairs & hiring events
- Create and host various promos and activities
- Promote recruiting using job portals, social media and other various tools
- Build relationships with internal employees
- A college degree or certificate is preferred (equivalent combination of education and work experience will also be considered)
- 3-5 years experience in BPO Recruitment/Sourcing is a plus
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Strong problem solving and decision making skills
- The ability to work in a fast-paced, always changing environment
- The ability to handle multiple tasks with accuracy and timeliness
- The ability to effectively interact and build relationships with employees at all levels and diverse backgrounds
- A creative and resourceful attitude to find the perfect candidates
- Excellent attention-to-detail and organizational skills
- The ability to work shifts, holidays and weekends
