Job Overview: We are seeking a growth-minded Graphic Designer with a strong background in digital advertising and a portfolio that reflects this expertise. The ideal candidate will contribute to the development of high-performing ad creatives across Google, Meta, and other social media platforms. This is a hands-on role that works closely with the paid media team to produce visuals that are both on-brand and optimized for performance. The Graphic Designer should be comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Experience monitoring creative performance and contributing to data-informed iteration is preferred.
The Right Candidate:
- A strong portfolio of paid ads for DTC brands (required) demonstrating graphic design and motion graphics expertise
- Deep knowledge of creative best practices on Meta and TikTok
- Can take a project from concept to final delivery with minimal supervision
- Collaborates effectively across teams in a remote setting
- Is highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Is self-motivated and proactive in managing tasks and meeting deadlines independently (with support from project manager and cross functional team)
- Communicates clearly, is open to feedback and thrives on collaborative problem solving
- Shares opinions, provides feedback and is tactful in sharing their ideas for how to improve systems and processes
- Embraces AI tools and is excited to help the agency continue to test and implement AI strategies
- Has a strong understanding of design principles, layout and English grammar
- Manages shifting priorities across multiple projects with ease

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Design static and motion ads optimized for Meta, TikTok, Programmatic and other platforms
- Collaborate with media buyers to align creative with campaign goals and performance needs
- Manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced, performance driven environment
- Stay current with digital ad creatives standards and broader digital trends
- Analyze creative performance using the ad platforms themselves as well as analytical tools like Motion to understand what creatives are performing the best, which guides the ongoing creative strategy
- Assist with light video editing (e.g. trimming, transitions, overlays)
- Use AI tools, like Sora, Veo and Adobe Firefly, to improve workflow and efficiency
- Maintain a library of templates and variations to support rapid iteration
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience designing digital assets
- Experience creating static & motion ads
- Strong portfolio with examples of both static & motion ads
- Bonus: Portfolio includes video work
- Expert in Figma + Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere)
- Comfortable using Google Workspace and Slack.
