A Day in the Life

The role will support will be a Strategic Account Manager for Private Accounts. This position will be hybrid based in Colombia.Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Responsible for developing and maintaining Senior/C-Suite level relationships with strategic partners and working with them to identify and qualify new business opportunities
- Develop and drive appropriate portfolio management strategy in collaboration with the Business Units to expand and protect market share, optimize pricing strategy, and build long-term contractual agreements and relationships with clients and strategic partners
- Responsible for understanding the assigned account's strategic priorities and developing appropriate value-added programs for each account
- Develop, communicate, and implement business plans to achieve strategic target business results
- Identify and develop ongoing mutual opportunities for sales growth with key strategic accounts
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Five years of experience in the medical device or healthcare industry, ideally in product management, marketing, or commercial operations
- Fluent in English level
- Knowledge using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PPT)
- Strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Great leadership skills
- Knowledge using Power BI is advantageous
