What makes you a strong candidate:
- You have 3+ years of experience in project coordination.
- You are proficient in project management and provider management.
- English - Native or fully fluent.
- Spanish - Conversational.
Responsibilities and more:
- Coordinate daily operations between external vendors and clients, ensuring alignment and timely execution of tasks (90% of the role).
- Maintain frequent communication via phone and email to confirm vendor arrival and scheduling.
- Manage the installation of systems when Allevio acquires a new clinic, ensuring the proper deployment of all technical components.
- Schedule and confirm the availability of clinic staff to receive internet technicians and other service providers.
- Oversee the post-onboarding process, ensuring seamless integration between the client and internal teams.
- Serve as the main point of contact between the client, vendors, and Allevio’s internal departments.
- Support the setup and coordination of phone systems across multiple clinic locations.
Requisitos
