Purpose
Responsible for executing data analysis and all activities related to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central information to SAP Payroll through monitoring replication for data accuracy, and assisting with data quality assurance and control. This role ensures all activities are complete in accordance with the Bank’s policies and procedures.
Accountabilities
• Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.
• Create and analyze a replication error report and assign to appropriate teams to resolve discrepancies while providing recommendaitons and montitoring data quality.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies/errors before payroll processing and to escalate in a timely manner for resolution where appropriate.
• Maintains Time & Attendance systems (WorkForce, SAP), enters new information and makes changes as required.
• Assists with ad-hoc or bi-weekly audits as required and respond to inquiries and requests for information in a timely manner.
• Ensures the processing and completion of all Time & Attendance data is in compliance with the Bank’s policies and procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Identifies opportunities for automation and process improvements to reduce reporting processing time and improve data quality.
• Ensures data accuracy between SAP SuccessFactors Employee Cental and SAP Payroll and actively investigates and escalates any issues to the appropriate channels as necessary.
• Understands how the Bank’s risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions.
• Actively pursues effective and efficient operations of his/her respective areas, while ensuring the adequacy, adherence to and effectiveness of day-to-day business controls to meet obligations with respect to operational risk, regulatory compliance risk, AML/ATF risk and conduct risk, including but not limited to responsibilities under the Operational Risk Management Framework, Regulatory Compliance Risk Management Framework, AML/ATF Global Handbook and the Guidelines for Business Conduct.

• Ensures the integrity of data.
• System support: WorkForce Software, SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) replication.
• Responsible for meeting and establishing SLAs.
• Ensures business continuity for accountabilities under purview, ensuring coverage 5 days/week in assigned schedule.
Education / Experience
• English Level B2+
• 1 years of Experience with transaction processing, data management and quality.
• Post-secondary Degree or Diploma in related field or Waiting for graduation.
• Deep understanding and knowledge of Bank policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Time & Attendance, Payroll policies, processes and practices.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and proficient knowledge of Power Point, and Word.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attentive to details and deadlines; ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong and very solid analytical skills, problem solving, critical thinking, and detailed oriented.
Working Conditions
Work in a standard office-based environment; non-standard hours are a common occurrence.
