Position: Uniform Administrator

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee the distribution and allocation of uniforms, ensuring proper sizing and availability for all staff.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by monitoring stock levels and reporting any discrepancies or shortages.
- Inspect uniforms for quality, coordinating any necessary repairs or alterations.
- Collaborate with external suppliers, tailors, and internal departments to meet uniform requirements efficiently.
- Ensure adherence to uniform policies and maintain up-to-date records of employee uniform allocations and personal appearance standards.
- Utilize company systems and inventory software to track stock movement and update records in real time.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native or fluent in Portuguese (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication. As well as strong proficiency in English (at least B2).
- Comfortable using computers and familiar with inventory or stock management software.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in managing inventory and maintaining appearance standards.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with various teams and external vendors.
- Background or experience in fashion, textiles, or uniform-related industries.
- Experience in improving inventory management processes and enhancing operational efficiency.
