Team Overview

The Vehicle Solutions team plays a key role in ensuring DiDi’s continued expansion through SSL by focusing on bringing additional supply into the platform via partnerships, as well as strategies around acquisition, conversion, and retention.

For this role, the ideal candidate will combine strong commercial acumen, analytical skills, and excellent time-management and organizational abilities. The Senior Analyst will support the team by driving insights, identifying opportunities, and contributing to scalable solutions that directly fuel DiDi’s growth in LATAM.

Whether it’s exploring innovative collaboration methods with external stakeholders, identifying improvement opportunities, or evaluating implementation alternatives, you will help generate impactful strategies that strengthen our partnerships and expand our reach across the region.

Role Responsibilities

• Stay up to date on automotive industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify partnership opportunities;

• Proactively source and generate leads, seeking new partners that can strengthen and diversify the business;

• Support collaboration and innovation initiatives to expand the organization’s outreach through strategic alliances with external stakeholders;

• Continuously identify improvements and uncover growth opportunities within existing partnerships;

• Provide actionable insights on key metrics for fleet partnerships and contribute to strategic planning, leveraging analytical tools to transform data into valuable commercial insights;

• Balance attention to detail with swift execution, delivering high-quality results while meeting tight deadlines;

• Contribute to a fun, inclusive, and safe work culture by showing dedication to team goals, investing effort in shared success, and fostering a positive team environment.

Role Qualifications

• Professional experience within the automotive industry in commercial or analytical roles, with skills in identifying opportunities, supporting negotiations, and driving revenue growth;

• Strong analytical capabilities; all backgrounds are welcome if you thrive in a data-driven environment;

• Demonstrated experience supporting commercial teams with data-driven decision-making, and exercising strong judgment in uncertain scenarios;

• Solid knowledge of SQL and experience using it (or similar tools) to extract, analyze, and interpret data effectively;

• Collaborative team player with a positive outlook and strong communication skills in diverse teams;

• Proven self-motivation, ownership, and ability to work independently while contributing to team success;

• Fluency in both English and Spanish.
