About this job
This role involves managing and optimizing email channels, enhancing email user experience (UX), and conducting A/B testing. The senior expert will collaborate on UX optimization across various platforms and develop best practices for thought leadership.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize email marketing and best practices.
- Oversee email UX management and enablement.
- Conduct A/B testing for email campaigns.
- Create and manage email HTML templates.
- Develop newsletter experience and subscription strategies.
- Collaborate with creative UX experts for web, social, podcast, and ads.
- Build pages for thought leadership, including A/B testing and best practices.
- Develop and run governance and quality/consistency process for email marketing.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in email marketing.
- Strong analytical to measure and interpret user analytics data for data-driven UX enhancements.
- Proven experience with email UX testing, A/B testing to optimize performance indicators such as open rates and click rates.
- At least three years of experience with an email and marketing automation platform such as Microsoft Dynamics Marketing, HubSpot or similar.
- Proficiency in creating email HTML-based templates.
- Ideally, experience with WordPress VIP or a similar website content management system to build web pages and landing pages.
- Proficiency in English language.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in relevant fields
