What you will do
- Lead the technical integration and validation of the Google Insights Finder and YouTube Reach Curve APIs, meticulously documenting their behavior, rate limits, and response structures to inform system design;
- Design and develop the core algorithms for the “Audience Definition Module,” creating systems for data-backed targeting recommendations and intuitive audience insights visualization;
- Architect and implement the key AI-powered features, including natural language prompt processing for user queries, intelligent audience recommendations, and campaign optimization suggestions;
- Build the AI plan summarization feature and the budget recommendation engine, which intelligently consolidates reach and frequency (R&F) data across multiple audiences;
- Collaborate closely with the UX/UI Designer to translate complex AI outputs, such as “investment recipes” (e.g., minimum reach, breakthrough, saturation), into interactive and easily digestible visualizations;
- Architect and implement robust AI systems from the ground up, writing clean, performant, and maintainable code that meets clearly defined specifications;
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in applied AI and advocate for their adoption where they can bring value to the product.
Must haves
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field;
- 4+ years of proven experience as an AI Engineer or Machine Learning Engineer, demonstrated by a portfolio of projects involving third-party API integration, data modeling, and algorithm development;
- Strong programming skills in Python and deep expertise within its data science and AI/ML ecosystem (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, spaCy, TensorFlow/PyTorch);
- Extensive hands-on experience consuming and processing data from third-party RESTful APIs, including handling complex and nested JSON data structures;
- A solid, practical understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques and libraries, particularly for tasks such as named entity recognition, intent classification, and text summarization;
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to tackle unique and interesting challenges with minimal supervision;
- Upper-Intermediate English level.
Nice to haves
- Direct experience with Google’s advertising APIs (e.g., Google Ads API, Display & Video 360 API);
- Familiarity with cloud-based AI platforms, especially Google Cloud AI Platform / Vertex AI;
- Experience building recommendation systems, optimization engines, or forecasting models;
- Domain knowledge in digital advertising, media planning concepts (reach, frequency, GRPs), or marketing analytics.
