About the Role
We’re searching for a Bilingual Customer Service Associate (CSA) to join our team onsite in Medellín. You’ll be the first point of contact for patients and clients, making sure they feel supported, heard, and taken care of.

What You’ll Do:
Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, or chat.
Handle inquiries, follow-ups, and issue resolution in a timely, professional manner.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of each interaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processes and high-quality support.
Educate patients or clients about services, appointments, or next steps in their process.
Always represent the company with empathy, clarity, and professionalism.

Requirements:
English level: B2 or higher
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Previous experience in customer service or administrative support
