The Role: Your Mission as a Sales Executive
As a Bilingual Sales Account Executive, you will be the voice of Sunbase for Spanish-speaking prospects—guiding them through their decision-making journey, from initial curiosity to closed deals. You’ll collaborate with marketing, pre-sales, and onboarding teams to deliver a frictionless experience while building long-term value-based relationships. Roughly 30% of your time will focus on outbound prospecting, while the rest will be dedicated to nurturing, educating, and closing warm leads.
We’re seeking someone fluent in Spanish and English, who thrives in fast-paced, consultative sales environments and can confidently navigate SaaS demos, handle objections, and champion customer needs across borders.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage Spanish-speaking prospects via email, video, and live demos—articulating the unique value of Sunbase.
- Understand client workflows and recommend tailored CRM and automation solutions.
- Deliver high-impact presentations using storytelling and consultative discovery frameworks.
- Maintain momentum through structured follow-ups and personalized engagement.
- Coordinate with onboarding and implementation teams to ensure a smooth client handoff post-sale.
- Document all pipeline activity, deal stages, and communications in our CRM.
- Manage contract negotiations, pricing, and term discussions with clarity and confidence.
- Build long-term trust with prospects—even if they aren’t ready to buy today.
- Stay current on product updates, competitor positioning, and industry shifts.
- Consistently meet or exceed your monthly and quarterly sales quota.
Ideal Profile
- Fluent in Spanish and English (written + spoken) — native-level Spanish is highly preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in SaaS, CRM, or software sales (solar experience is a plus).
- Confident in leading product demos, overcoming objections, and closing deals.
- Self-starter with strong time management and autonomy.
- Proficient with CRM tools and digital communication platforms.
- Bonus: Previous experience selling to solar, field services, or construction-related verticals.

- Location: Remote (Preference for Colombia, Spain, or other Spanish-speaking regions)
- Work Schedule: Flexible hours (align with EST and LATAM time zones when needed)
- Compensation: Base Pay + aggressive uncapped commission
- Workdays: Monday–Friday
- Team Language: English + Spanish
