Position Overview:
We’re looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our remote team. You’ll be helping individuals who are applying for or receiving housing support by answering calls and providing clear, helpful information. If you enjoy assisting people and thrive in fast-paced environments, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Need:
- Fluent English and Spanish (C1/C2 level)
- Customer service experience required
- Call center experience is a plus
- Availability between 9 AM – 6 PM EST
- Able to work Monday to Friday
- Comfortable using technology and working remotely
Your Goals:
- 7 calls/hour during training
- 10+ calls/hour after training
Compensation:
- $7 USD/hour
- Paid training
- Full-time: Approximately $1,120/month
- Part-time: Approximately $560/month
