Job Description
AECOM is seeking a bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist III, specializing in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for roles related to engineering and digital transformation. This position will be based in our Bogota, Colombia office.
We're seeking someone to assist the LATAM team in sourcing, screening, recruiting, and onboarding new hires for significant infrastructure projects across the region.
The individual will work closely with our LATAM leadership, hiring managers, a LATAM & U.S.- based talent acquisition team, and HR support team based in Manilla, Philippines.
Qualified candidates must be fluent in Spanish and English, written and verbal and be comfortable working in a fast-changing, innovative environment.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Lead full life-cycle recruitment, including creating search strategies, actively sourcing candidates, pre-screening, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers, negotiating offers, and facilitating the hiring and on-boarding processes.
- Partner and provide consultation to hiring managers on all aspects of the hiring process, including hiring strategies, recruitment cycle timing, coaching, and guidance on best practices and sourcing trends.
- Responsible for developing, recommending, and executing recruitment strategy with decision makers to ensure a successful candidate search within the identified time frames.
- Use proactive methods to network with industry experts and professional industry related associations to build ongoing passive candidate networks.
- Build relationships and communicate consistently and proactively throughout the recruitment process to ensure all participants stakeholders in the hiring process are updated and well informed.
- Stay current engineering and digital solutions hiring trends, workforce shifts, and competitive intelligence in the tech talent market.
- Advocate for employer branding
- Create a positive candidate experience (for both the selected and non-selected candidates) throughout the entire recruiting process.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- BA / BS + 4 Years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
- Recruiting in engineering, architecture, construction management and/or digital solutions fields
- Established University partnerships and recruiting experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (Written and Verbal)
Desired Skills:

- Understanding of digital tools, platforms, and technology
- Familiarity with such roles as engineers, architects, construction management, information management/BIM specialists, GIS Specialists, data analysts etc.

- Experience with full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
- Proficiency with ATS (applicant tracking systems) and CRM platforms
- Talent mapping, pipeline development, and proactive sourcing strategies

- Ability to build strong partnerships with hiring managers
- Confidence in advising stakeholders on talent trends, compensation, and recruitment strategy
