Here's how you'll contribute: General Requirements
- 8 - 10 years total experience . (Not more than 10 years)
- Graduate degree
- Candidate should be based out of Bogota and needs to work out of Zensar office three times in a week
Mandatory skills
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Excellent communication skills
- Confident with good articulation skills
- Business operation experience in supply chain (preferable logistics operation support)
- Business Support through a ticket management tool like Service now
- Functional experience of any ERP like Oracle or SAP
- Basic knowledge of SQL

- Pega functional knowledge
- B2B experience for partner communication
Job Description
- Provide support to a world renowned Networking company (Fortune 100) for its supply chain
- Candidate will be part of front line supply chain logistics business operations and tool support. Users and partners will reach out to this team if they face any issue related to orders or inventory movement
- Candidate should be proficient in understanding process , data and tool issues
- Engage with logistics partners and users for understanding the issues and provide resolution
- Support needs to be provided through Service Now ticket management tool
- Engage with IT teams for resolution of system and tool issues
- Provide release normalization support
