Role & Responsibilities:
- Analyze change impacts and learning needs to develop Organizational Change Management (OCM) deliverables, including business engagement, communications, training, readiness assessments, and lessons learned
- Coordinate and manage training logistics and delivery for large organizations (8,000+ employees), ensuring high-quality execution
- Interface with stakeholders to assess change impacts and learning requirements
- Identify potential people/behavior-related risks to project success (e.g., points of resistance) and plan interventions to mitigate them
- Ensure all impacted audiences are prepared for upcoming technology and process changes
- Support effective behavior change to meet project objectives
- Create and deliver effective business engagement, communications, and training deliverables according to the OCM plan
- Report on progress, risks, and issue management with appropriate mitigation strategies
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
- 5+ years of experience as a Change Management Consultant, supporting organizational transformation initiatives
- Experience across the full range of OCM deliverables: stakeholder assessments, change impact analysis, communications, training, readiness assessments, and lessons learned
- Demonstrated experience in training delivery and logistics coordination, ideally in large-scale organizations (8,000+ employees)
- 2+ full lifecycle change management projects for technology initiatives
- Experience conducting learning needs analysis and determining learning objectives; experience designing and developing training content is a plus
- Strong skills using Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- English proficiency at B2+ level or above
- Relevant accreditations obtained, in process, or willingness to obtain
- Availability to travel if required
