Team Overview

The Internship Program is an initiative aimed to attract top students from universities nationwide. The program seeks to generate a new wave of future DiDiers by providing a rich experience in our organization, shaping the way we build talent and create strong members to take roles post concluding the Internship Program.

You will work alongside other members of DiDi Colombia team delivering amazing results and completing challenging tasks every day. Role Responsibilities

•          Coordinate and consolidate data gathering activities and keep databases up to date.
•          Carry out analyses to monitor/evaluate CKA MAC /PE restaurants performance & alerts (from aggregated level, all the way down to brand and restaurant-level).
•          Support the overall CKA MAC/PE team in the creation of periodic performance reports and presentations. 
•          Present findings during a periodic review meeting.
•          Support Hunters / Farmers registration roll outs, new brands, photos, etc. in Gattaran

Role Qualifications

•      Student pursuing an Engineering, Business, or related degree from a leading University/School, and with a good academic track record.
•      Passionate or strongly interested in the Technology and Start-up environment.
•      Analytical and structured with good problem-solving skills.
•      Good communication and interpersonal skills.
•      Collaborative team player with a positive attitude
•      Willing to learn and develop his/her skillset
•      Self-motivated, proactive, with a can-do nature
•      Highly proficient in both Spanish and English is essential
•      Great command of Microsoft Office tools - particularly Excel and PowerPoint
