About the Role
We are looking for an organized, experienced, and highly motivated Commercial & Marketing Coordinator to become the right hand of our Commercial Manager at Savant. You will be involved in managing outreach activities, preparing marketing materials, and supporting day-to-day commercial operations.
Your work will directly impact the growth of the company by ensuring smooth execution of campaigns, timely client follow-up, and quality market analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate outreach and prospecting initiatives
- Support marketing campaigns and ensure brand alignment
- Prepare commercial reports, performance trackers, and presentations
- Conduct client and industry research
- Maintain organization of CRM records and follow-up actions
- Assist in creating communication pieces for digital and email channels
- Act as a communication bridge between marketing and commercial areas
Requirements
- 3+ years in a similar coordinator or assistant role
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Knowledge of digital marketing and basic analytics
- High attention to detail and autonomy
- Excellent English communication (written and verbal)
- Comfortable with project management or CRM tools
