We are looking for: Customer Support Specialist


Key Responsibilities


Responsibilities:
  • Interact with clients across channels, providing friendly and efficient assistance
  • Develop a deep understanding of our platform to address client inquiries accurately
  • Listen to client needs, collaborate with teams, and solve problems effectively
  • Document client interactions and transactions accurately in our systems
  • Guide clients on seamless utilization of our platform for accessing earned wages


Skills, Knowledge & Expertise


Qualifications:
  • Strong bi-lingual English / Spanish communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Customer-focused attitude with a genuine desire to help clients
  • Comfortable using technology and learning new software platforms
  • Problem-solving skills to handle various client situations
