About the Role
We are seeking a Digital Marketing & Growth Leader with a strong background in the cosmetics, skincare, or beauty industry. The ideal candidate is fluent in Spanish and English and has proven experience leading digital growth strategies in D2C or retail environments.
This role requires a strategic yet hands-on marketer who understands how to scale eCommerce and digital channels through organic growth, paid media, inbound marketing, and customer experience optimization. You’ll be leading campaigns that don’t just sell products but also elevate our brand story.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with the business’s objectives, focusing on cosmetics & skincare consumers.
- Drive growth in organic and paid channels (SEO, PPC, paid social, influencer marketing, retail activations).
- Lead eCommerce growth with a strong focus on UX, usability, conversion optimization, and customer journey.
- Oversee inbound marketing, lead nurturing, and automation strategies to improve profiling and conversions.
- Plan and manage digital advertising campaigns with KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, and CAC.
- Analyze data, prepare reports, and deliver insights to guide business decisions.
- Collaborate closely with sales, product, and creative teams to align marketing with business growth.
- Lead and inspire marketing teams, ensuring a collaborative and positive work environment.
- Manage budgets effectively for maximum ROI.
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing or growth roles, preferably in cosmetics, skincare, or beauty brands.
- Fluent in Spanish (must) and English (advanced level).
- Proven ability to grow D2C and eCommerce channels with measurable ROI.
- Experience in SEO, SEM, paid social, inbound marketing, and digital advertising.
- Strong analytics background, skilled with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and automation platforms.
- Demonstrated experience managing and inspiring sales/marketing teams.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
- A creative, proactive, and customer-obsessed mindset.
