We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with a creative spark, technical insight, and strategic mindset to join our high-performing team. In this dynamic role, you'll shape and execute marketing strategies, manage paid social campaigns, enhance SEO and CEM practices, and utilize data to optimize digital performance.
Your mission will be to grow digital engagement across multiple platforms, align content with audience behaviors, and translate data into actionable marketing outcomes. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the strategic planning and execution of paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads), ensuring data-backed targeting and optimal performance.
- Manage end-to-end social media activity—planning, content creation, scheduling, engagement, and reporting—across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and others.
- Develop SEO and content marketing strategies, including keyword positioning, blog content creation, and ongoing optimization of website content for visibility and reach.
- Implement and optimize email marketing and CRM campaigns, aligning efforts with broader digital strategies and customer lifecycle management (CEM).
- Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other digital tools to generate insights and guide decision-making.
- Stay up to date with trends, platform updates, and advancements in social media, content marketing, and AI integrations.
- Collaborate with the wider marketing team to create and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans that align with brand goals and KPIs.
- Support basic web development needs and updates with an understanding of HTML and CMS platforms.
- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media strategy, digital advertising, and SEO.
- Proven expertise in campaign management across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social platforms.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, blog strategy, keyword optimization, and website analytics.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems and email marketing platforms.
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills; adept at using digital tools to drive data-informed decisions.
- Creative mindset with an understanding of branding, storytelling, and content design trends.
- Familiarity with HTML and basic web development tools.
- Up-to-date knowledge of AI-driven tools to enhance marketing efficiency.
- Advanced English (C1) communication skills.
- Highly organized, self-starter attitude, and collaborative spirit.
